My goal was to run 3 miles in 36 minutes flat by September 23. Today, I ran 3 miles in 35:23. Granted, I will admit to stopping once at the bottom of the last hill, just to gather the strength to make it to the top. However, I consider this goal attained.
Next, I will add half a mile to my run each week until I work up to 6 miles.
