I did my third walk this evening. I’m thinking it was about 3 miles. I don’t have the exact distance because I was ambling through the wood and on the beach (Drat! I left my camera behind). That’s probably pretty close. I also did my second core/flex class today, which totally rocked. I really like that class. A million and 1 crunches and stretching, mmmm. Nice.
Also, I decide it was time for a progress photo. I haven’t done one since August when I hit 180. I weighed in at 183 this week so I thought close enough to new territory. I also took down the progress photos from the whole year of 2005 and have now just January of last year compared to January of this year. And from here, we’ll have this year’s progress.

I wish it went faster. I wish it wasn’t so much work. I wish. I wish. I wish. But it doesn’t and I guess the process is just as important as the goal. I’m looking forward to this year and seeing what kind of progress and change I can make physically, emotionally and spiritually. I turn 30 in July. I feel like I’m finally coming into my own and feeling more comfortable in my own skin that ever before.
