These limbs were laying on the ground after being pruned from a cherry blossom tree. I picked up what was easiest to carry and brought the boughs home. I put them limbs in water, I wonder if they will continue to live and sprout–there are quite a few unopened buds.
And it did blossom.

Ooh, a wonderful thought! Cherry blossom trees are my favorite; no plant can beat them for beauty and elegance.

Thanks y’all. I should take another photo. All the buds opened up over night and there are pink flowers every where! Weeeee!
