Uhhhh. Hello. Is this thing on? I’m back in Washington. Had to take a day off to recover from the trip.
A few words about my trip: Wonderful wedding. Fantastic family bonding time. Fun with friends. Very little sleep.
I got to see my niece but she didn’t warm up to me until the day I left. Also, I didn’t get to spend as much time with some family members and friends as I’d liked. Just too many people, too little time.
I’m glad to be home. Now, I have a ton of laundry to do and quality time to make up with Ms. McGee who was left with my cousin all week. In fact, she is sitting at my feet right now staring at me with big sad eyes saying, “How could you leave me with that mean boy and why are you typing on that computer when you could be petting me???”
